Do your prices include GST?
No, prices are GST exclusive, GST is added at the final step of ordering
What if I require a product not listed in your catalogue?
Please use the “Contact Us” link and we will price your requirements and reply to you as soon as possible, usually the same day.
How do you deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered by either Post Haste (main centres) or NZ Post. Allow 1-3 days delivery for express delivery or 3-5 days for standard delivery. We cannot guarantee the performance of either delivery as it is beyond our control.
Is there an option for faster delivery?
Yes, add “Express Delivery” to your cart and your order will receive the fastest possible courier ticket and handling. Please note that while every effort is made we do not guarantee the performance of this option and no refund of any freight charge is possible.
What if my order does not turn up?
Should you not receive your order within the timeframe above please contact us.
What is your policy regarding refunds?
As a rule, refunds are only given if the product is faulty. Other refunds may be given on a case by case basis and may attract a restocking fee. Please ask first before returning a product, quoting your order or invoice number and date.
Can I pickup my order from your shop?
The warehouse is not setup for customer reception as it is not always staffed during normal business hours. However, pickups can be arranged by contacting us first.
Are the products listed on the website available at the same price from your vans for installation by your electricians?
Some products in our vans are the same price but many are more expensive. The van stock price structure reflects the economics and overheads of a mobile store staffed by experienced tradesmen who choose products as being the most suitable for your particular installation - these parts are then usually totally covered under warranty, including labour. The website prices are only made possible by automated credit card transaction & processing and parts are only usually returnable if faulty.
