Are your products in stock or are they just from a catalogue?

Our warehouse in Matua, Tauranga stocks around 98% of listed items and can be picked up by arrangement (the warehouse is not staffed 8 hours a day). The remainder of items are either available within 24 hours or shipped direct from national distribution centres.

Can I install electrical parts or repair appliances myself?

Homeowners and other unqualified people can install some wiring and switches, but it is important to remember that the job can kill if done poorly - there are testing and certification requirements, check the Work Safe website for details. I recommend using a qualified electrician for all electrical work.

What if I require a product not listed in your catalogue?

Please use the “Contact Us” link and I will price your requirements and reply to you as soon as possible, usually the same day

How do you deliver my order?

Our main couriers are Courier Post and PBT Couriers. Normally packages are dispatched daily with the last around 5pm. Normal delivery is 1-2 days but there are several factors that can delay this including size and weather. Exceptions are orders for PDL 800, Strato and coloured switchgear which can be either complex orders to assemble or are non-stock and are delivered directly from the factory - please allow atleast 3-5 days standard delivery

Is there an option for faster delivery?

Yes, add “Express Delivery” to your cart and your order will receive the fastest possible ordering priority, handling and courier ticket. Please note that no NZ couriers guarantee delivery overnight no matter which ticket is purchased, unforeseen circumstances can always occur.  We guarantee our express shipping option to be the fastest handling & courier ticket option up to the point that your parcel is handed to the couriers, the rest is up to the couriers

What if my order does not turn up?

Should you not receive your order within the timeframe above and we have sent you the tracking details please first visit the appropriate website (, or with the supplied tracking number to check your orders location. If you have not been sent a tracking number automatically please contact us

What if a product is faulty?

Please return the fault item for testing. At our discretion, and depending on warranty terms, the faulty item will either be replaced or a refund processed

What is your policy regarding refunds?

Normally refunds are only given if the product is faulty. If your order has been obtained specifically for you it may not be returnable unless faulty. Other refunds will be given on a case by case basis and may attract a restocking fee. Please ask first before returning a product, quoting your order or invoice number and date
