Dakota Driveway Alert Kit. Complete kit with transmitter and receiver to cover one driveway, extra receivers and transmitters are also available. Quality product manufactured for Australia & NZ with 0800 phone support. Up to 1.6km line of sight coverage* - no wiring required between the transmitter and the receiver. Kit Includes:

- You will need a 9 volt Battery for the Transmitter
The transmitter (on the driveway) is powered by 1 x 9 volt Battery. Alkaline Batteries are fine and will last around 12 months but you can also use Lithium Batteries for very cold situations. The transmitter has an adjustable detection range from 7 metres up to 30 metres. The transmitter is activated by people, cars and large animals moving within 15 metres but will ignore small animals such as cats, rabbits etc and moving trees or shrubs. The transmitter will send a signal up to 1600 metres to the Receiver (In the house) when it is activated.
The Receiver (in the house) is powered by a plug pack plugged into a wall socket. The Receiver will play a tune when someone passes the transmitter. There is a selection of 12 Tunes. The Receiver will accommodate up to 16 transmitters - each transmitter can have a unique tune so you know which area has activated. There is also a 4 level volume control on the Receiver with an OFF position.
* If there are trees or buildings between the sensor and the receiver then you may only achieve 800, 900 or 1200 metres. If there are insurmountable range problems return the kit as new in original packaging within 14 days and you will receive a credit less courier charges.
