Our couriers are Courier Post and PBT. Orders are dispatched daily (except weekends & public holidays) with a cutoff time of 4pm. Normal delivery is 1-2 days up to .5 cu/metre, 2-4 days for larger orders. Rural delivery add 1-2 days. Add “Express Delivery” to your cart and your order will receive the fastest possible ordering priority, handling and courier ticket. Orders of large quantities of mains power cable require freighting and are usually 3-7 days.
What if a product is faulty?
Please return the fault item for testing. At our discretion, and depending on warranty terms, the faulty item will either be replaced or a refund processed
