Our couriers are Courier Post and PBT. Orders are dispatched daily (except weekends & public holidays) with a cutoff time of 4pm. What if a product is faulty?
Please return the fault item for testing. At our discretion, and depending on warranty terms, the faulty item will either be replaced or a refund processed
